Director Administration

A Management Graduate & an MBA from Bangalore University with wideranging experience in the field of education. Driven in Corporate Relations, admissions, administration, and marketing for done sixteen years. He has rendered his services with top Business schools namely Presidency Business School, IIMS, International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS), Sambhram School of Business & WIMS. He has also been involved in successively running institutions under Liberal Educational Society. He is the Vice-President of Al-Rehan Educational and Charitable Trust®. He is also the treasurer of Qhasmia Welfare Trust. His passion is to ensure that education delivered must be in sync with international standards and stay updated with latest developments in global education industry. He has travelled extensively across many countries of the world.

With his vast experience and knowledge in handling different businesses , his inputs and dynamics skill set will be of immense value in the success of our venture.

Having donned different hats in a career spanning 22 years Sheeba,has excelled in every path she has crossed. Over the past 9 years have taken challenging roles in the education arena; starting from networking and liaisoning with institution heads,peers, corporates and students.Helping students in placements.Guiding students in choosing the right career path, interacting with industry experts. All these skills led to a smooth and robust functioning of Institution.She has travelled extensively to meet students,parents and educational heads.These achievements are unparallel and beyond comparison.

Director Academics

Dr. K Aparna Rao is a devoted and compassionate professional with 24 years of professional experience. She is enthusiastic about providing a positive direction for students' emotional and academic well-being. She has helped various colleges in the process of NAAC, AICTE, and LIC, and Research Centres approvals. She currently guides PhD ,researchers and produced three doctorates. She has played an important role in establishing research centres, organizing large research programs and connecting with foreign universities.

She is the author of many books and numerous research articles and has held national and international conferences, seminars and workshops. Always Focusing on Student Growth as a Facilitator, Student assessments are consistent throughout their careers.


Dr. Ignatius B, is an entrepreneur and academician. He has blended corporate and academic experience over the past 20 years. His core domain expertise lies in accounting, corporate finance, and taxation. He has guided more than 250 undergraduate and postgraduate students during their academic internships and dissertation projects. He is known for his mentorship activities and personal counseling of students. He has presented and published various research papers at national and international conferences and in national and international peer-reviewed journals of repute. He has attended workshops and national and international conferences in reputed institutions in India and has conducted various workshops and development programs for various groups of attendees, from the postgraduate level to the faculty level. In addition to his credentials, he is also a fitness enthusiast and is extending his career in the fields of personal fitness and self-care.

Accomplishing autonomy would be of prime importance as it gives us the freedom to append new subjects relevant to the dynamic corporate requirements. A credits system, which encourages an inter-disciplinary teaching-learning process, can be introduced. A plethora of value added courses with credits would introduce students to other disciplines and improve their prospects while appearing for job opportunities. Courses not just about academics but also related to life skills shall be offered.

We believe that true learning is never confined to a classroom in alignment with the vision and mission statement to reach out to society with a selfless service mind to give back to society through various programs. Corporate Social Responsibility takes the form of Students’ Social Responsibility.
